Shipments

The customer can select the delivery method among collecting at the shop and using our transport agency. The cost and delivery time will be different depending on the area. The cost of the transport will be included in the total purchase cost.

FÁBRICA FLAMENCA sends the orders to their customers through various courier companies renowed nationally and internationally.

The arrangements for the shipment vary between two or three working days (if the order is in stock) and four to six working weeks (if manufacture is needed) as fas as AMAY products are concerned. As per distributed products, such as shoes, the delivery time may reach up to eight weeks. Transit time from our shop to destination must be added to the delivery time. It may vary from two working days for the nearest destinations to ten working days for the furthest locations.

FÁBRICA FLAMENCA  makes every effort to respect the delivery times. However, it is not responsible for any consequences due to a shipping delay or packet loss by people outside the contract of carriage. Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transport and difficulties in delivering the goods.

In case an important variation in delivery time occurs after the order confirmation, FÁBRICA FLAMENCA will inform the customer about the new situation, offering the customer the possibility to cancel the order. Similarly, in case a variation in the cost or in the features of the acquired product occurs, FÁBRICA FLAMENCA will offer the possibility to cancel the order, having the due purchase refund.
