Choosing the products
This website has been designed to show the product catalogue and all its contents in an easy way, trying to facilitate the purchase process as much as possible.
The products are ranged according to their nature. You can access to them from the main menu in the home page, from the catalogue menu on the left side or from the menu at the bottom of the page.
By clicking on one section (e.g. SKIRTS) all the items contained in that section appear. In case there are sub-sections, filtering by them is possible (e.g. inside SKIRTS section you can click on either KNITTED SKIRTS or PERFORMANCE SKIRTS).
Over the products a tools menu is showed with the following utilities:
SORT BY: to range the products according to certain criteria (e.g. Price: lowest first)
SHOW: to choose the amount of items to be shown in the same page.
GRID: it shows the products in a matrix view. More items may be seen at once.
LIST: it shows the products in a list view.
By clicking on a certain item you are addressed to that item page, from which you can include it in your shopping bag.
Once you are in the product page you can see several pictures of it. By clicking on any of them you can see it in the main picture frame, and going over the picture with the mouse you can see it in detail.
The product page shows a description of it as well as links to other pages, if applies (e.g. the text ‘ Do you want to learn more about AMAY knitted skirts?’ leads to another page with further information).
In case the product is a garment which requires knowing certain measures in order to match the adequate size, a size chart is shown.
There are products that offer the possibility to customize color or measure. In that case a form is provided so that you introduce the needed data. This form comes with a SAVE button in order to record the data so that they are contained in the order.
Another products offer the possibility of a length variation on a standard size, which involves a price variation, it being showed when ticking it.
Shopping
To add the product to the shopping bag you just must click on ‘add to bag’ button, at the bottom of the product page. Once the product has been added you can continue visiting the webshop and adding more products if desired or proceed directly to confirm the purchase of the selected items.
To finish the purchase you must address to your shopping bag, at the top area of the webshop. By going over word ‘Bag’ the selected items are showed. By clicking on ‘Check Out’ you are addressed to the purchasing area.
To confirm any purchase you must log in. In case you are not registered, the webshop will ask you do so. It is particularly important to introduce correctly your address since those data will be used for the sending. In the user profile you can introduce several addresses and choose on each purchase the most convenient.
The webshop will ask you to choose between picking up your order at the physical shop and sending it by courier. The cost of it is showed.
Payment
Finally the customer may choose among three means of payment:
-Bank wire transfer: you will be informed about the account details for payment. You will be asked to transfer the order amount to confirm the order. You will receive also an email stating the bank details and conditions.
-Credit or debit card: you will be put you through the payment platform to make the payment.
-Paypal account: for customers who wish to use it.
Once the payment has been made you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
