FÁBRICA FLAMENCA reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, amends and updates of the information contained in this website or in its configuration or view.
The arrangements for the shipment vary between two working days (if the order is in stock) and six working weeks (if manufacture is needed) as fas as AMAY products are concerned. As per distributed products, such as shoes, this time may reach up to eight weeks. Transit time from our shop to destination must be added to that time. It may vary from two working days for the nearest destinations to ten working days for the furthest locations.
Orders of products that need manufacture are subject to availability of raw material. In the event that some raw material is not available, FÁBRICA FLAMENCA will inform the costumer.
<span">At the time of receipt of the goods, the customer shall have to verify their conditions and their matching with the related order. In case of any difference is noticed, the customer shall have to inform FÁBRICA FLAMENCA in a ten days time.
After ordering, the customer will receive an email from FÁBRICA FLAMENCA confirming the order received. The email will contain the adequate information about the order as well as the total order amount, transport costs included. Every order is pending of validation prior to acceptance for processing.

Purchases will be carried out by means of debit or credit card, Paypal or bank wire.
