As a general rule, FÁBRICA FLAMENCA does not accept any changes or refunds unless where the features of the received product do not match the ones of the order and it is clear it is due to our fault. In this case FÁBRICA FLAMENCA commits to refund the cost of the ordered products. FÁBRICA FLAMENCA will proceed to the collection of the product if it is considered appropiate, being the customer obligued to leave it at the disposal of the carrier sent by FÁBRICA FLAMENCA for the collection.
The customer shall have a period of ten days from the product receipt to inform about the noticed defect and claim for the refund. The customer shall have to inform by means of an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or at the phone number +34 955 384 736.
The customer can return any purchased item if any of the above mentioned conditions occur provided the item have not been used and it retains its original packaging. No refunds are allowed if the product is damaged (use, handling, breakage), or in case of incidents beyond FÁBRICA FLAMENCA sphere.
In case a product other than that requested by the client was delivered by mistake from FÁBRICA FLAMENCA, the customer will receive the correct product with no additional charge.
